1. Overview

Wingman is a travel assistant service operated by Okuya & Co., designed to help users plan airport rides to and from Hong Kong International Airport. By using Wingman, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Scope

Wingman provides AI-powered ride planning based on live flight schedules. We do not directly operate transportation services but coordinate with licensed Hong Kong taxi drivers.

3. Payment, Changes & Cancellation

Payments are securely processed via Stripe and received by Okuya & Co.

  • Your payment method is authorized at the time of booking to secure your ride.
  • For bookings made more than 72 hours in advance, full payment is captured 72 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For bookings made within the 72-hour window, payment is captured immediately upon booking.
  • Changes to your booking date or time are permitted up to 72 hours before pickup and are subject to a HK$25 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations are subject to our tiered Refund & Cancellation Policy. The refund amount depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made.

4. Driver Standards

Wingman partners exclusively with licensed Hong Kong taxi drivers. We prioritize hygiene, professionalism, and offer eco-friendly vehicle options where available.

5. Limitation of Liability

Okuya & Co. is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by third-party drivers, weather conditions, or flight changes. We will make reasonable efforts to adjust your ride accordingly.

6. Data & Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Okuya & Co. is the sole data controller.
